Overview

Our client based in Ware, Hertfordshire is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies that exceed revenue targets and foster high-value long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Identify and qualify prospective sponsors leveraging in-depth industry knowledge to target decision-makers in tech and cybersecurity sectors.
  • Relationship Building: Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with potential sponsors acting as a trusted advisor to help them maximize their ROI.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to each prospect's unique goals showcasing the value of partnering with Brands.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals that drive growth for both our sponsors and Brands.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sponsorship packages with event content ensuring sponsors receive premium exposure to their target audience.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and report on key metrics.
Experience / Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sponsorship or B2B sales preferably within the technology or events industries.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • A deep understanding of the B2B technology and cybersecurity landscape (a plus).
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for delivering persuasive presentations.
Working hours

The working hours for the role of Sponsorship Sales Manager is Monday to Friday. Please note this role is full time, office based. Hybrid or remote working applicants will not be considered for this position.
