We are recruiting on behalf of a privately owned Water Treatment company based in the North West of England. They are looking for a dynamic and proactive Water Treatment Account Manager to join their growing team. The role will primarily focus on managing existing client accounts and some business development/sales duties, such as upselling and following up on new client leads. Experience / Qualifications

• Successful track record of managing Water Treatment accounts within a well‑established outfit
• Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Degree relating to chemistry/science fields is preferred (not required)
• Excellent knowledge of process systems as well as domestic hot & cold systems
• Experienced in client communications
• Strong written and numeracy skills
• Comfortable using IT software
• Professional manner

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of Water Treatment, Steam Boiler, Cooling Tower and Closed System client accounts
• Complete contract renewal processes with clients
• Upsell services to an existing client base
• Onboard new client contracts
• Produce thorough and competitive quotations for works
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing technical support and answering queries
• Identify new business leads and opportunities
• Build and foster strong relationships with clients
• Ensure works are completed on‑time and to a high standard
• Meet with clients on site to discuss requirements and service standards
