The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organization skills, be able to run their own caseload independently, and offer clear legal advice. - Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and property documents.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients.
- Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, lenders and other parties.
- Conduct searches and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines.

Conveyancer - Residential Property
Salary: £35,000‑£50,000 (DOE)
Location: Derby | Employment: Permanent, Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions. You will work independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
- Handle sales, purchases, re‑mortgages and transfers of equity
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and property documents
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, lenders and other parties
- Conduct searches and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
- Proven residential conveyancing experience
- Ability to run your own caseload independently
- Strong communication, organisation and client care skills
