Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the refurbishment process.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
