You will have
To succeed as a Senior Technical Manager, you'll bring substantial experience in construction management, ideally within similar development firm. Essential qualifications include relevant construction or engineering qualifications, with a proven track record of handling technical responsibilities on complex projects. You should be adept at overseeing external consultants, reviewing drawings, and ensuring compliance with building regulations, warranties, and client specifications. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders such as surveyors, authorities, and supply chain partners are vital. Familiarity with statutory procedures, SAP calculations, and site-based technical problem-solving will set you apart.
