A customer service company in London is seeking a reliable and confident individual for an office-based role. Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling enquiries, and maintaining property records. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and admin skills, and be smart in appearance. Hours are Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturdays, 9am to 2pm.
This position involves dealing with customer enquiries on the phone and face to face in the office and you will need to provide a good customer service, be confident and be smart in appearance.
This is an office based position and the hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm OR Monday to Saturdays 9am to 2pm with one weekday off instead of the Saturday.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and trustworthy with excellent communication skills and accurate admin skills to provide excellent customer service to clients.
