Vaccination UK has been providing school immunisations since 2015, commissioned by NHS England, across various regions including North London and counties across England.

The post holder will be responsible for clinical duties related to immunisation, mainly delivered on-site in schools for children in primary and secondary education and in community clinics.
Vaccinate 20 to 25 children per hour during flu season.
Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to ensure service continuity.
Support the operation of the School Aged Immunisation Service.
Support managers and leads.
Attend different sites as required.
Deliver competent, evidence-based care.
Participate in clinical supervision and staff development.
Ensure incidents and complaints are properly reported and managed.
Participate in audits and implement improvements.
Maintain accurate records.
Contribute to team meetings.
Undertake Gillick assessments and obtain verbal consent.
Carry out other duties as appropriate.
This role requires a DBS check due to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975, to verify any criminal convictions.
