This role is about more than providing care its about helping people live with dignity, independence, and confidence in their own homes and communities. You'll support customers with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and social activities such as community visits, ensuring each person feels valued and respected. Most visits are carried out independently, giving you the chance to build trusted one-to-one relationships, while occasionally working alongside colleagues for customers who need extra support. A full driving licence is essential, and all applicants will be subject to a DBS check. Strong communication and record-keeping skills are key, as you'll be responsible for documenting care and reporting concerns promptly. If you're looking for a role where every day brings the opportunity to make a positive impact, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful.

As a Support Worker with Magenta Domiciliary Care Services, you'll play a vital role in helping people live independently and confidently in their own homes. You'll benefit from the satisfaction of building trusted relationships, the independence of working one-to-one with customers, and the reassurance of being part of a team that is always there to support you. At Magenta, we believe care is not just a job its a vocation, and were committed to creating an environment where you can thrive.
