About the role

Our growing National Security team in Gloucester collaborates with diverse clients to deliver impactful solutions. We foster community engagement and outreach to enhance tech and cyber skills locally.

We seek experienced Software Engineers to join us, following our continued success in the UK Government sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, coding, testing, and documenting software as part of engineered information or communication systems.
2. Providing estimates for development efforts based on specifications.
3. Focusing on Data Processing and working with AWS Cloud infrastructure.
4. Mentoring junior developers and analyzing code defects for timely fixes.

Ideal candidates will have:

1. Proficiency in back-end languages such as Java, C++, Node.js, Python, C.
2. A passion for solving complex technical problems and helping clients achieve goals.
3. A desire to learn and improve skills.
4. Knowledge of cloud engineering (AWS, Docker, Microservices) is desirable but not essential.
5. Strong teamwork, knowledge sharing, and Agile methodology experience.
