Our client is a well-established health charity seeking an Events & Engagement Coordinator to join their team. This is a highly people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, representing a cause, and engaging directly with the public to raise awareness and support.

💥 As an Events & Engagement Coordinator, you will:

  • Attend and support a range of events, including community days, health awareness events and fundraising activities
  • Act as a confident ambassador for the charity, speaking to members of the public about its mission and impact
  • Build positive relationships with supporters, volunteers and external stakeholders
  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of events from start to finish
  • Deliver clear, engaging messages about health-related topics in an accessible way
  • Collect feedback and insights from events to support engagement and improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation

💥 What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working within a health charity or health-focused not-for-profit organisation
  • Confidence speaking to a wide range of people in public and community settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, approachable and professional manner
  • Experience supporting or delivering events
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to events as required
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends
