Proven experience of leading successful business plan implementation. Extensive people management experience. Ability to set staff standards and monitor delivery through effective performance management. Proven ability to manage change and continual improvement strategies. Proven understanding and experience in live event planning, marketing, delivery and reporting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the event schedule.
