A leading catering service provider in Cobham is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef and manage kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess NVQ qualifications and strong knowledge of allergen management and HACCP processes. This term time position offers £17 per hour with a Monday to Friday schedule and additional benefits such as career development and competitive pay.

This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, there will be occasional Saturdays. The shift pattern –
