Role: Kitchen Porter

You will support the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, assisting with food preparation, and dishwashing. Your contribution is vital to our restaurant's success.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment
  • Flexibility with tasks and working hours

Responsibilities
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Support chefs and maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
  • Switch between food prep and dishwashing duties as needed
  • Knowledge of food specifications
  • Communicate any food issues to the Chef on duty
  • Wear the correct uniform and adhere to hygiene, health & safety standards
  • Attend relevant training courses on food safety, product knowledge, and customer service
  • Reinforce ‘The Real Greek’ health and food safety procedures
