A Porter is responsible for general cleaning and maintaining housekeeping stores to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Porter, you will greet guests, ensure corridors are tidy, and maintain housekeeping stores. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly in public areas and rooms
• Keeping corridors clear at all times
• Responding to guest queries promptly and effectively
• Maintaining cleanliness and security of Housekeeping stores
• Handling lost property procedures
• Using and storing chemicals safely
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Adhering to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
• Disposing of waste responsibly
• Being environmentally conscious

What are we looking for?

Our Porters serve Hilton guests and collaborate with team members. To succeed, you should demonstrate:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong commitment to high service standards
• Methodical and well-organized approach

Preferred but not essential:

• Previous experience in a similar role
