Head of Guest Experience & Events - Leamington Spa - £30,000 + Profit Share Bonus - Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours

We’re looking for a Head of Guest Experience & Events to lead an award‑winning venue that blends coffeehouse culture, vibrant events, and creative collaboration under one roof.

You’ll take full ownership of hospitality and events – from buzzing service to unforgettable gatherings – driving performance, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll inspire your team, elevate standards, and bring fresh ideas to life.

What you’ll do :
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a hospitality and events team.
  • Oversee daily service across coffee, bar and event spaces.
  • Own the P&L - driving sales, profitability, and commercial growth.
  • Deliver standout events that connect, engage and inspire.
  • Create unique menus, activations, and partnerships.
