Location: UCL Campus, London
Rate of pay: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with flexibility as required by the contract.
Key responsibilities
- Report to the Account Director with full accountability for leading teams to ensure client needs are met within the contract SOP.
- Be part of the senior leadership team for the contract, managing 4 General Managers and overseeing 42 units.
- Represent the company professionally both internally and externally, maintaining integrity and credibility.
- Analyze statistics and trends to advise Managers on improvements and collaborate on strategy development for operations.
- Attend monthly and quarterly meetings with clients to review SLA delivery.
- Review client SLAs to prioritize targets and ensure the operation meets client expectations.
- Build positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Share operational insights, successes, concerns, and issues with the Account Director and senior team.
