As aFrontof House staff, you will be responsible for:
- Knowing our product and menu as this is absolutely essential for you to be successful in your role. The reality of your role and the responsibility you hold is that you can either make or break a guest experience depending on the service you provide.
- Going above and beyond to create memorable moments for our guests and your role is key in executing this with every guest interaction.
Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
