If your answer is YES to any of the above, then we have an opportunity for you to join one of our 44-day nurseries, where we are going above and beyond by giving our colleagues the opportunity to have up to 50 paid days off work a year , to further improve ‘work-life’ balance and promote better workplace happiness. This is a first for the Early Years Sector.

You will join us as a Nursery Practitioner at our Julia DurbinDay Nursery in Headington, Oxford, on a part time basis, working 25 hours a week, all-year-round. Working hours are 09:30am-14:30pm Monday-Friday.

For this role, weare seeking someone with recent experience of caring for children aged five and under. Ideally, you will have someexperience working inan early years setting, using the EYFS to support children's learning and development.

We are offering an annual salary of £24,481.60-£30,867.20 per annum, pro rata. On an hourly rate this equates to:

• £14.21-£14.84 if you’re early years qualified to level 6 or above.
• £13.50-£14.84if you’re qualified to level 3, 4 or 5.
• £11.88if you’re qualified to level 2.
• £11.77if you’re not early years qualified.
