A leading recruiting firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Assistant to support the full employee lifecycle. The role involves managing recruitment, optimizing HR systems, and facilitating employee engagement. Candidates should have HR experience and be working towards CIPD Level 3. About the Role

Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll support the full employee lifecycle and help shape a positive workplace culture. This is a varied role with scope to grow and contribute across multiple areas of HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Manage vacancies end-to-end — from advertising and candidate communication to interviews, offers, contracts, and pre-employment checks.
  • HR Systems: Optimise and contribute to system transition planning.
  • General HR Admin: Track probation periods, coordinate appraisals, and process contractual amendments.
  • Employee Relations: Support low-level ER matters including absence and sickness.
  • Manager Support: Facilitate and coordinate HR processes across departments.
  • Payroll: Provide monthly updates and liaise with our payroll provider.
  • Benefits: Maintain portals and update schemes.
  • Training: Oversee mandatory e-learning for new starters and support in future workshops.
