A leading charity organization is seeking a Director of People & Culture for a 6 - 9 month FTC in London with hybrid working. You should be an immediately available Director of People or an experienced Head of HR with a track record of leading and motivating an HR function. Excellent knowledge of employment law combined with experience of managing change projects and complex employee relations issues is required. Ability to work both strategically and operationally is essential. CIPD qualification is desirable.
