About the Role
Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll support the full employee lifecycle and help shape a positive workplace culture. This is a varied role with scope to grow and contribute across multiple areas of HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage vacancies end-to-end — from advertising and candidate communication to interviews, offers, contracts, and pre-employment checks.
- HR Systems: Optimise and contribute to system transition planning.
- General HR Admin: Track probation periods, coordinate appraisals, and process contractual amendments.
- Employee Relations: Support low-level ER matters including absence and sickness.
- Manager Support: Facilitate and coordinate HR processes across departments.
- Payroll: Provide monthly updates and liaise with our payroll provider.
- Benefits: Maintain portals and update schemes.
- Training: Oversee mandatory e-learning for new starters and support in future workshops.
