Finance/HR Administrator Required for a Primary School in Greenwich.

At Remedy Education, we've specialised in recruiting education staff in all roles for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Finance/HR Administrator to work full‑time at a fantastic Primary school in Greenwich.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high‑quality office staff to work with these schools.

About the role

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

As the Finance/HR Administrator you will be working as part of a close‑knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school. Your duties will include:

  • Using the school's internal system to record data
  • Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
  • Using HR best practices to assist the HR Manager
  • Assisting with the Finance team
  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
  • Covering reception duties
The ideal applicant will have
  • Experience of working in a school
  • A real passion for working within an education environment
  • Experience utilising SIMS and FMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
