An award-winning charity is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to join their dedicated overnight team in Ipswich. This role involves leading a team and delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring they feel safe and valued. Ideal candidates should hold a QCF diploma in social care level 2, possess experience in medication administration, and have a strong understanding of confidentiality.
