A leading defense and security company in Barrow-in-Furness seeks an Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Electrical). This role involves assessing learners' progress, delivering high-quality teaching, and designing engaging learning content. Ideal candidates will have effective coaching skills and a Level 3 electrical qualification. Salary: £43,509+
