A strategic transformation firm in Greater London is seeking a Growth Strategy Director to lead client relationships and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a seasoned leader who can shape growth strategies and develop new offers that respond to market needs. As a Growth Strategy Director will be as a senior commercial leader in our business, responsible for driving our offer and leaving a legacy for you, your client and our company. You’ll lead strategic relationships with senior clients, being a figurehead for our work at the most senior level, delivering measurable business impact.

You will play a key role in shaping an offer that will serve the growth and transformation needs of our clients over the next decade. You are shaping the first of the next, not the best of the last.
As a practitioner, you have mastered a combination of analytical and strategic rigour, deep insight, creativity, and commercial acumen. You are now using your leadership ability to help clients innovate and execute at pace. You will lead a team that will translate complex data and strategic insight into clear opportunities for growth and innovation, driving value and impact for our client partners and those they serve.
Lead with clarity, strategic intent, and ambition across projects and client partnerships. Communicate with authority and optimism, especially in ambiguity or change, to energize teams and clients. Make sound business decisions confidently and timely.
Act as a trusted senior advisor, challenging conventional thinking and delivering forward‑looking solutions. Build deep client understanding, shaping smarter, bolder strategies that exceed expectations. Drive integrated, cross‑disciplinary impact for clients.
Own commercial performance of your platform, balancing ambition with discipline. Build businesses within Yonder by originating opportunities, co‑creating offers, and securing long‑term value. Shape market narratives and pitch strategies that position Yonder as a leader.

We have a hybrid working arrangement in place and expect the Consulting team to come in twice a week.
