A leading Facilities Management company is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to maintain various building facilities across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 in General Building Operations, a valid CSCS card, and experience in building maintenance. Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, plus overtime and on call payment of £1,950 per year (1 in 4 weeks)
We are recruiting an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join a leading Facilities Management company that has recently secured an exciting new contract in the hospitality sector.
- Provide Building Fabric Maintenance across a range of disciplines and across multiple sites & sectors
- Deliver Planned, Reactive and Installation works in both internal and external areas to include but not limited to:
- Building; Roof leaks, gutter & gulley’s, Brickwork, Flooring, Car Park surfacing
- Fabric; Internal cladding, wall tiling, doors, protection works, signage, carpentry, plastering, glazing, painting & decorating
- Joinery; Doors, panels, architraves, locks, handles, decking, fames, windows
- Plumbing & Drainage; Toilets, sinks, drainage, sanitary units, leaking taps & washers
- Required to travel to various locations in order to fulfil their allocated task
- NVQ Level 2 General Building Operations or similar qualification (level 2 Diploma in Construction Skills Bench or Joinery)
- A valid and up to date CSCS
- Previous experience in Building Maintenance or Shopfitting
- Ability to repair and maintain a range of equipment
- Full Diving License
- Weekly £150 on-call payment - an additional £1,950 per annum
- Company vehicle with private use
- 31 days holiday (including statutory)
