Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Temp Carpenter for a 12-week role focused on reactive maintenance within social housing in the Bromley, Bexley, and Kent areas. The ideal candidate will possess trade qualifications, experience in maintenance, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include door fitting, general maintenance, and occasional call-outs. A van and fuel card are provided, and a manual driving license and own hand tools are required.

Qualifications

• Sound working trade qualification, knowledge and experience.
• Experience gained within a Maintenance environment.
• Able to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.
• Perform tasks like internal and external door fitting, and general maintenance repairs.
• Support the in-house maintenance team during core hours.
