Job summary
A leading social care organization is seeking a motivated Social Care Team Facilitator in Kilmarnock to lead a team providing support to individuals with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience with learning disabilities and hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. This full-time position offers a salary of £28,961 plus additional on-call payments, along with various employee benefits.

- Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the people we support, staff teams, families and external care professionals.
- Creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of frontline staff to support individuals achieving personal outcomes.
- Encourage staff teams to take ownership of the quality of support.
- Manage individual budgets while delivering support.
