Key Responsibilities

• Assist with high-quality imaging services across Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and the Emergency Department
• Prepare patients for scans and procedures, including cannulation, venepuncture, and Point of Care Testing (POCT)
• Accurately maintain patients’ electronic imaging records
• Communicate compassionately with patients, families, and staff
• Support rota coordination, stock control, and administrative tasks
• Contribute to the training of new Support Workers
• Maintain compliance with NHS standards, safety protocols, and data systems

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health or Care Certificate (required)
• Training or experience in venepuncture, cannulation, or POCT (desirable but can be provided)
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment (essential)
• Experience in Imaging Departments and IT systems like CRIS & PACS (desirable)
