A leading software company in the UK is seeking a Test Analyst to ensure the quality of their products. The ideal candidate will develop and execute tests, report defects, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Applicants should have 1-3 years of software testing experience and familiarity with tools like Selenium and Jira. This is a hybrid position with three days in the office and two days remote, promoting a balanced work environment.
At Klipboard we've introduced a flexible hybrid work policy, where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home. This approach promotes a balanced work environment that combines office collaboration with the comfort and convenience of remote work.
Klipboard provides specialist software, services and support to deliver fully integrated trading and business management solutions to companies in the distributive trade – wherever they are in the world. With a wide range of clients from small traders to multinational enterprises, Klipboard's offices are located in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, South Africa, Kenya and North America. Our mission is simple: to design and deliver high‑performance, integrated ERP solutions that enable our customers to source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably and service competitively.
Working as a Test Analyst within the Testing function of Klipboard you will ensure the quality of the products by generating and executing product functionality tests and identifying and reporting product defects as part of a cross‑functional project team. You will be part of a dynamic, energetic and accommodating team, typically working within a product team and sometimes required to take sole responsibility for all aspects of testing. You will collaborate with development teams, project managers, end users and other groups to ensure that all criteria of testing are fulfilled.
Equal Opportunities: As a global company, we value and respect the diversity of our workforce, aiming to empower everyone to embrace each other's differences. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral to our company and culture. If you require any help, adjustments and/or support during the interview and offer process, please advise our TA or HR team.
We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every criterion. If you are passionate about this role and believe you have the right mindset and transferable skills, we would love to hear from you!
