We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a growing Permanent Social Care recruitment team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruiter to build their own desk, develop client relationships and make an impact in a high-demand sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within the permanent social care sector.
  • Source, screen, and place qualified Social Care professionals with care providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and placements in the CRM.
  • Achieve individual and team targets and contribute to divisional goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in social care or healthcare recruitment preferred.
