Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Operations Associate to join our Embedded Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for an associate who is eager to build hands‑on experience in operational strategy, business processes, and cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑paced and growth‑focused environment. In this role, you will help build and streamline the operational frameworks that power successful client onboarding, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our enterprise customers have a seamless experience from day one. This is an ideal opportunity to learn more about how operations, customer success, and product teams collaborate to deliver value to high‑impact clients.

  • Work closely with the programme management team to stay abreast of key risks and blockers across the programme
  • Support daily operational activities, including workflow coordination between different functions to ensure readiness for contracts/clients.
  • Assist in defining and documenting business processes to support scalability of our teams (including Support) as we scale
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge bases related to client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, account management, support, and IT to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders to ensure we track key adoption metrics and KPIs (e.g. churn), and identify where we need to improve
  • Participate in project workstreams and help drive operational initiatives to completion.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and support decision‑making.
  • Compile training materials for new joiners
  • Help document and improve onboarding playbooks, checklists, and operational templates to ensure repeatability and consistency.
  • Participate in cross‑functional meetings and provide support in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Strategic Operations Partner in driving alignment between various functions and advocating for the needs of the Embedded Services division to be met, identifying where current processes are not fit for purpose
