• Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, fit-out, or refurbishment
• Strong attention to detail with excellent commercial awareness
• Confident working independently and collaboratively with project teams
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, tender documents, and specifications
• A proactive and professional approach to delivering accurate costings

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Analyse tender documents and manage pricing submissions
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Support project planning, budgets, and risk management
• Contribute to process improvements within the estimating function

• Salary: £40,000 – £50,000, depending on experience
• Full-time, permanent position
