Responsibilities

• Conducting timely and accurate surveys for prospective moving customers for a variety of moving services offered by the company.
• Providing quotes for moving services to new and existing customers in accordance with the company's pricing guidelines.
• Seeking opportunities to network with moving industry professionals to keep up to date with market trends.
• Promoting company services and keeping in touch with prospective moving clients in order to convert inquiries and quotes into sales.
• Serving as a point of contact for moving customers to support their moving and relocation needs.
• Responding to enquiries and handling any issues related to the moving process.
