A construction management firm is seeking a Construction Site Manager for a 16-week school refurbishment project in Cheshire. The role requires previous client-facing management experience and SMSTS certification. The successful candidate will manage site operations, ensure compliance, and liaise with clients. Evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM) are mandatory, and a current Enhanced DBS check is necessary.
Qualifications

- Computer literate with strong organisational skills.
- Willingness to work evening hours (4pm-12am).
- Current Enhanced DBS required.

- Ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope.
