Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator with a regional or national main contractor.
• Strong background in new build construction projects.
• Experience pricing Commercial and/or Education sector tenders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support or mentor junior Estimators.
• Contribute to bid strategy, value engineering, and risk analysis during the tender process.
