Job summary
A leading global insurance firm is seeking a talented individual to join their London Market Property Broker team in London. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office. Responsibilities include placing risks in the London Market, promoting these risks to Marsh branches, and maintaining strong relationships with insurers. Ideal candidates have a solid understanding of general insurance products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive toward professional qualifications. - Thorough understanding of general insurance products, preferably property experience.
- Client-facing experience is preferred.
- Experience in placing risks for all types of UK business is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Present and promote London Market Risks to Marsh branches.
- Monitor and influence the transfer of business to the London Market Team.
- Develop and instigate LMR Team strategy.
- Place business into the London Market ensuring compliance with TCF and Marsh's Placement strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with London Market Insurers.
- Attend client and prospect meetings as required.
- Work closely with Marsh branches and regional leaders to form placing strategy.
