A leading London Market broker is seeking a Sports & Entertainment Broker to join their London team. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior brokers, supporting account servicing and expanding the book of business in a growth-focused environment. Qualifications
- Initial experience in the Sports & Entertainment class is required.
- Solid grounding in insurance broking processes is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Support the placement and servicing of accounts in the London Market.
- Assist in marketing risks and negotiating terms.
- Build relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues.
- Work closely with senior brokers on existing and new accounts.
- Play a key role in expanding the book of business.
- Ensure compliance with market and regulatory requirements.

- Supporting the placement and servicing of Sports & Entertainment accounts in the London Market.
- Assisting in marketing risks to underwriters and negotiating terms to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues.
- Working closely with senior brokers on existing accounts while developing new opportunities.
- Playing a key role in expanding the book of business within the Sports & Entertainment class.
- Ensuring compliance with market and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in the Sports & Entertainment class (London Market preferred).
- Solid grounding in insurance broking processes and London Market practices.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and comfortable in a growth-focused environment.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
