- Managing a team of controllers
- Monitoring Warehouse Automation Screens
- Accurately monitor the status of plant and systems during operation
- Work in partnership with the automation supplier to support their maintenance schedule
- Active shift hand over to incoming control room team
- Experience within Warehouse Operations in a Supply Chain environment desirable
- Experience in Flow operation/ Flow room experience
- Knowledge of JDA, Korber or similar WMS & Schaefer Automation
- Good people management skills (will be managing a team of shift managers)
- Data retrieval and analysis, problem solving
- Ability to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders
