A global engineering manufacturer in Burnley is seeking a Laser Programmer/Machinist to develop and optimise laser cutting programmes on TRUMPF systems. You will be responsible for setting up machines, ensuring precision, and improving processes. The role offers a competitive salary between £42,000 - £47,000 plus training, bonus, and medical benefits. Candidates must have experience with laser systems and process optimisation. Commutable to Burnley is required.

In this role you will develop, optimise and maintain laser cutting programmes for precision aerospace components on TRUMPF laser systems. You will set up and run machines, select cutting parameters, ensure parts meet tight tolerances and specifications, troubleshoot issues, improve cycle times and produce full documentation and programme control.
Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 07:30 ‑ 16:00, Friday 07:30 ‑ 12:30.
