Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate Hurco 3 & 5 axis milling machines using WinMax.
• Manufacture one-off and small batch precision components to tight tolerances.
• Work from engineering drawings to produce parts for aerospace, oil & gas, and marine sectors.
• Conduct in-process inspection to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Maintain tooling, fixtures, and machinery to ensure efficient operation.

Skills

Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator

Proficient with Hurco WinMax programming

Strong understanding of precision machining and tight tolerances

Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings

Experience producing prototype, one-off or small batch work
