  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, timely support and tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and deliver strategies that drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor performance, forecast sales and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Conduct contract renewals, site visits and safety checks to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Stay informed about market trends to keep services competitive and relevant.
  • Work from either Stafford, Derby or Warrington offices (with hybrid working available after probation).
