Description
We’re looking for a Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team within Platform Operations. You’ll oversee all aspects of the team’s activities, ensuring accurate and efficient processing while delivering exceptional service and positive client outcomes. This role combines operational oversight with leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll need strong management skills, deep knowledge of platform processes, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business.
You'll be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. It has high standards and an international reputation, without being in the city: a big, countryside campus means life will feel a little different. We support our offices by using cutting edge software and hardware and our spacious campus facilities mean there's a great working environment for the team.
