Zusammenfassung
A leading property consultancy in East Hampshire is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. The role includes delivering stock condition surveys and managing client relationships. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and experience coordinating surveyors on-site. An understanding of HHSRS hazards is beneficial, as well as a DEA qualification. This position offers a mix of office and site-based work and the chance to develop further in the property consultancy field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong technical knowledge in stock condition surveys is essential.
- Understanding of decent homes standards is required.
- Experience with client relationships is advantageous.
Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate surveyors on-site for effective project management.
- Conduct stock condition surveys and energy assessments as needed.
- Provide technical guidance on housing standards and regulations.
