- Provide expert advice and assistance on the following but not limited to non-immigrant (NIV) and immigrant (IV) visa processes, E-visas, O visas, L visas, Green Cards and services for US citizens.
- Serve as point of contact for clients on US immigration matters.
- Collaborate with other departments across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Advise on complex consular issues and case strategies.
- Prepare and draft high-quality petitions/applications and related documentation.
- Liaise with US Embassies and Consulates globally.
- Work closely with the immigration partner to shape and implement the firm's US immigration strategy.
- Qualified US Attorney, with demonstrable experience in US immigration law.
- Strong team ethic and ability to thrive in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Additional language skills and a strong academic background would be highly advantageous.
