You will work with an impressive client portfolio, advising dynamic owned and managed businesses, multinational corporations, individual talent and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of US immigration matters. • Provide expert advice and assistance on the following but not limited to non-immigrant (NIV) and immigrant (IV) visa processes, E-visas, O visas, L visas, Green Cards and services for US citizens.
• Serve as point of contact for clients on US immigration matters.
• Collaborate with other departments across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Advise on complex consular issues and case strategies.
• Prepare and draft high-quality petitions/applications and related documentation.
• Liaise with US Embassies and Consulates globally.
• Work closely with the immigration partner to shape and implement the firm's US immigration strategy.
• Qualified US Attorney, with demonstrable experience in US immigration law.
• Strong team ethic and ability to thrive in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
• Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Additional language skills and a strong academic background would be highly advantageous.
