A logistics provider in Swadlincote is seeking a Partner Account Coordinator to support customer services and network operations. The role involves problem-solving, maintaining partner agreements, and providing high-level customer service. Ideal candidates should have intermediate Microsoft IT skills and excellent communication abilities. As a Partner Account Coordinator you will support the Customer Services and Network Services department, delivering a high level of customer service to Partners, customers of partners and internal stakeholders. You will need to be approachable and have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems day to day.
Working hours: Thursday – Friday. 08:00 – 16:00 / 09:00 – 17:00 / 10:00 – 18:00 – weekly rotating shifts. Some occasional Saturday working may be required (possible to be done from home).
Salary: £10,404.12 per annum
