If you have experience supporting students with a variety of special educational needs (SEN) and are committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing environment, this could be the perfect role for you! We also offer free CPD-accredited courses to help you grow your skills and confidence.
Support: Provide 1:1 assistance to students with SEN in a classroom setting.
Assist: Work alongside teachers to implement individual education plans tailored to each child’s needs.
Engage: Help students stay focused and understand instructions and tasks.
Manage: Use positivity and effective strategies to de-escalate challenging behaviour.
Communicate: Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals while keeping track of student progress.
Nurture: Encourage a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels supported.
