Job Description

If you’re an Architectural Technologist or a delivery-focused Architect who thrives on seeing projects through from the first sketch to the final handover, this role will keep you engaged from day one. You’ll be working on large-scale retail developments that demand a sharp eye for detail, a practical mindset, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts under control. This isn’t about churning out drawings – it’s about making sure big, ambitious projects actually get built, and get built well.

Revit will be your bread and butter here. You’ll use it every day tobring clarity to complex schemes, iron out potential snags before they hit site, and keep everyone – from clients to contractors – working from the same page. If you’re confident with the software and enjoy using it as a problem-solving tool, you’ll feel right at home.

You’ll be in the thick of things from start to finish. Early design development, detailed technical packages, navigating planning and warrant stages, coordinating consultants, and being on site to make sure the vision is delivered as intended – it’s all part of the job. You’ll have the autonomy to run with your responsibilities, but you’ll never be left without backup. The team here works as one, combining architectural, planning, and technical expertise to keep projects moving in the right direction.
