A facilities management company in Ashton-under-Lyne seeks an experienced Electrical / Mechanical Supervisor. This role requires strong customer service skills, FM experience, and knowledge of HVAC systems. Descripción del empleo
We are looking for an experienced Electrical / mechanical supervisor for one of our facilities management company in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Qualifications or Required Experience
Strong customer focus with experience of delivering high standards of Customer Service.
FM experience within a hospital and / or PFI environment would be an advantage.
Good knowledge, experience and understanding of HTM`s would be an advantage.
Currently trained and or experienced in RP / AP duties in at least two of the following: water management (Legionella), ventilation in healthcare premises, medical gases, etc. would be an advantage but not essential.
Apprentice trained and qualified / experienced within a mechanical / electrical background.
Basic computer literate.
Understanding of HR related items.
Sound awareness of risk assessment and working safely with equipment.
Preferably experienced with HVAC, pump systems, medical gases, steam systems, pressure systems, water systems and legionella.
Knowledge of Building Management Systems.
Sound knowledge of the practical implementation of Health & Safety.
Full driving licence required.
Authorised Person experience.
